The Comptroller General Of Immigration Service, Kemi Nanna Nandap, has ordered the repatriation of illegal immigrants and foreigners back to their Country of Origin.
The order Follows the arrest of 40 illegal immigrants at different locations in Akinyele Local Government area of Oyo state .
Of the 40 arrested, eight are females and 32 are males, all between the ages of 18 and 35. 10 of which claimed to be farmers while 30 claimed to be into online marketing.
According to the state Comptroller of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Mr. Tayo Dada, the profiling of the illegal immigrants revealed that 27 of them are Camerounians, two are Ghanaian, 10 are Beninoise and one is a Togolese.
However, It was also gathered that all the 40 foreigners gained access to the country through unauthorised entry points and none of them were able to present residence cards or any travelling documents after interrogation. They all were arrested at their hideout following credible intelligence, added that the Comptroller General Of Immigration Service, Kemi Nanna Nandap, has ordered that the needful be done to repatriate the foreigners back to their countries of origin.
