The Patron of Egbe Omo Obokun of Ijeshaland in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut chapter, Dr. John Oludare Famodimu has expressed condolence over the death of the Owa Obokun of Ijeshaland, Oba (Dr.) Gabriel Adekunle Aromolaran who died at the age of 86.
In a condolence statement issued by Dr. Famodimu who is the Publisher/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rulers World Masters Communication limited, publisher of Rulers World international magazine, Nigeria and made available to journalists in Ibadan, he described the death of the foremost traditional monarch in Ijeshaland as shocking and painful considering his role and wise counsel in the development of Ijeshaland on the one part, Osun state and Yoruba land as a whole.
