The remains of OSI Olubadan of Ibadan land Oba Lateef Gbadamosi Adebimpe has been buried in his family compound at Odinjo Ibadan
The corpse arrived in a royal motor cade accompanied with crowd,sympathizers and family members to bid the late OSI Olubadan farewell into eternal rest
The janaza prayer according to Islamic rites was held at his family residence in Odinjo area of Ibadan led by the chief imam of Ibadan land and grand chief imam of Oyo state, Sheikh Abdulganiy Agbotomokekere.
Oba lateef Adebimpe was buried closely to his late father’s grave who was also a monarch and the first king to be crowned in Ibadan before his transition
Without any outa of doubt Oba Adebimpe will solely be missed owing to his selfless contributions towards the progress of Ibadan and the lives he has touched.
His last outing was at the commissioning of the new Olubadan palace on 10th of July 2024 where he represented Olubadan at the event before he passed on to the live beyond.
